🎬 3x10 Short Film Project – July to November 2026
Three filmmakers. Three original short films. Ten minutes max.
This project selects three local creators to develop and direct their own 10-minute short film — with full production support and a budget of $10,000 each.
The selected filmmakers will:
Receive mentorship and production guidance
Cast local talent and crew
